REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING: 

The Medina County District Library is seeking an individual committed to providing charismatic customer service to patrons and staff at all branches throughout the system.  The successful candidate will provide direct library services to patrons of all ages at all service points. It is essential that the candidate possess the ability to adapt to both reference and customer service roles in both large and small branch libraries, as well as other projects as assigned.  Customer Service tasks include collecting monies and processing passport applications.  Location will vary day to day based on last minute employee call offs.  Must have own reliable transportation.
