We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our clients accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining accurate financial records. This role requirelorganizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to verify transactions.

• Resolve discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.

• Prepare and schedule payments via checks, ACH transfers, or other payment methods.

• Maintain vendor accounts and update records in the accounting system.

• Reconcile monthly statements and investigate discrepancies with vendors.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and reporting.

• Prepare reports and provide support for audits as needed.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations.

• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
