Description: Mr. Rehab LLC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Laborer/Installation Technician for their CIPP pipelining, infrastructure inspection, and rehabilitation project operations. Mr. Rehab is based in Mechanicsburg, PA, but projects are located across Pennsylvania and throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Field staff get the exciting opportunity to travel, with all expenses paid.
The pay for this position is $21.00 an hour but the average Laborer can expect to earn more in total earnings (includes starting hourly rate, overtime, per diem, and any adjusted prevailing hourly rate when working on government projects). We offer 100% paid on-the-job training!

What You'll Do:
- Work closely with supervisors and teammates to repair and rehabilitate sewer and stormwater lines.
- Assist with the setup, operation, and cleanup of job sites, including lifting, carrying, and pulling equipment (50+ lbs).
- Guide construction equipment operators to ensure proper alignment and movement.
- Drive company vehicles, from pickups to CDL-required tractor-trailers, transporting crews and equipment.
- Review entry/work permits and inspect pre- and post-installation videos.
- Enter confined spaces (manholes) to prepare pipelines for installation.
- Take on additional tasks as needed---no two days are the same!
What We Need From You:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Class A or B CDL (or permit required); Hazmat or additional endorsements are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in an outdoor construction setting (CIPP, water, or sewer utilities preferred).
- Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends based on project needs; ability to travel locally and regionally (up to 70% overnight travel).
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- Willing to work in confined spaces and handle physically demanding tasks; lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs; comfortable working with tools and equipment in various outdoor environments.
