Perform recurring system maintenance, daily task/ticket management and resolution. Support projects related to Oracle EBS, Splash BI, and other financial data systems throughout Select Medical. Define project requirements, execute project plans, code fixes and enhancements, document corporate system processes/procedures, and support corporate uses in day-to-day operations. Provide daily support to functional users on all core financial applications (including but not limited to Oracle AP, GL, FA, CM, iExpense; Hyperion Planning and Financial Management; MarkView, and SplashBI). Perform ad-hoc and routine tasks such as running month-end close processes, calendar maintenance, chart of account maintenance, metadata/management reporting hierarchy maintenance, and MarkView approval hierarchy maintenance. Demonstrate an understanding of functionality, maintenance and support of the core financial systems. Lead design and development of applications. Mentor and oversee Junior Finance Systems Analysts. Serve as primary subject matter export for report writing in Oracle, Hyperion and SplashBI. Recommend, develop and revise reports to meet ongoing and future reporting requirements, user needs, and SOX key controls. Continuously seek opportunities for improving the financial and operational reporting processes. Organize departmental deadlines. Coordinate the design, delivery and improvement of finance systems training courses through Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) software, instructor led courses, or other appropriate methods. Support UAT and other application testing during routine and unscheduled maintenance cycles, system implementations or other integration projects. Assist with developing appropriate documentation such as business requirements and test scripts. Analyze and document current business functions to identify areas for opportunity. Ensure ad-hoc and routine tasks such as fixed asset overlays and adjustments, month-end closing and data extracts, calendar maintenance, Oracle EBS patch testing, and 1099 processing are completed timely. Assist with the annual Finance Systems SOX review including updating documentation and providing support for internal/external testing. Recommend revised or enhanced reports to meet ongoing and future reporting requirements, user needs, and SOX key controls.

REQ: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field along with 2 years of experience:

• Supporting financial applications including Oracle EBS, MarkView and Hyperion EPM; • PL/SQL scripting and coding/programming concepts; • Maintaining, fixing, and developing SplashBI reports used for audit, management, and external reporting needs; and • Supporting, managing, and enhancing AP, GL, CM, and FA modules within Oracle EBS
