Description

We are partnering with a company in the beauty industry to find an On-Site Customer Service Representative for their high-volume call center. The ideal candidate has the passion for providing quality customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-paced environment. Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer calls and emails to handle inquiries and issues.

• Deliver detail oriented, courteous, and prompt responses to all customer inquiries.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and an understanding of customer service practices.

• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.

• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

• Efficiently handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and replies.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven customer service experience as a client service representative.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• High school degree.
