We are seeking a CADD Support Specialist to join our Transportation Division to provide CADD support to architectural and engineering professionals. Responsible for providing technical support for firm wide multi-discipline CADD users and training on a variety of CADD-related software products.

Requirements:

  • Must have a High School diploma or State Equivalency Certificate
  • 4-9 years of experience providing a full array user technical support to engineers, designers and architects.
  • Ability to troubleshoot software and file issues.
  • Assist with development and implementation of CADD Standards
  • Knowledge of MicroStation, OpenRoads, and Microsoft Excel
  • Must have excellent communication, customer service, organizational, writing, problem-solving skills, and be a team player.
  • US Citizenship required.

Applicants with the following experience will be considered favorably:

  • MicroStation/OpenRoads configurations
  • ProjectWise administration/configuration
  • Autodesk products use/knowledge
  • Windows and/or desktop support
  • Grading, drainage, stream design or stormwater management plan development experience
