$40.78-$51.47 (1-9 years of experience)

$51.77-$58.86 (10-25 years of experience)

Sign-On Bonus

$20,000

Shift

• 7am-5:30pm

• 4x10s - day off Tuesday or Thursday

• On-Call

Requirements

Required:

• RN Oregon state license.

• OR experience.

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• EMR experience.

Preferred:

• Scrub experience ( training provided if no experience ).

• Perioperative nursing certificate.

• BLS certification (or within 3 months of hire)

Job Summary

• Serve as a patient advocate in the perioperative setting.

• Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate nursing care during surgical procedures.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans.

• Ensure operating room readiness and maintain aseptic techniques.

• Manage patient safety by adhering to operative policies and best practices.

• Document actions accurately and participate in resource management.

• Commit to ongoing professional development and accountability within the surgical team.
