What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized Plans of Care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans to help patients reach their rehabilitation goals.

• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and your fellow healthcare team members for lasting success.

• Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes in a timely manner.

• Stay at the forefront of your field with ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

• Collaborate with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for each patient.

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate) from an accredited program.

• A current Oregon Physical Therapist license.

• A minimum of one year of experience (preferred).

• BLS certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire).

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
