Certified Nursing Assistant 2 (CNA 2) - Join Our Dedicated Team!

Location: Small Community Hospital in Oregon Wine Country

We are seeking passionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our close-knit team at a 60-bed acute care facility that offers a variety of services and specialties. If you're looking for a workplace that values growth, teamwork, and a hometown feel, this is the place for you!

About the Role:

As a CNA 2, you will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate closely with nurses to support our patients' needs. You'll be an essential part of our Med/Surg unit, working with a diverse patient population, including those with hip fractures, pneumonia, CHF, and other common diagnoses. This role offers a great opportunity to grow professionally and work within a supportive environment.

Experience Required:

  • Preferred : Acute Care/Med Surg experience

  • Open to CNAs from Other Specialties : Candidates with solid transferrable skills are welcome to apply, as long as you have your CNA 2 certification!

Requirements:

  • Valid, unencumbered Oregon CNA 2 License (CNA 2 license required)

  • BLS Certification

  • Experience with diverse patient populations is a plus

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Schedule : Night shifts (7 pm - 7:30 am), three shifts per week with a self-scheduling option

  • Shift Differentials :

  • $3.00 per hour for night shifts

  • $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts

  • Pay Rate : $19.69 - $26.50 per hour, based on experience

  • Plenty of Overtime Available : Additional shifts and overtime opportunities are offered for those interested

Pay Details: $19.69 to $26.50 per hour
