These are our five-year goals: Goal #1:HSYC implements Conscious Discipline to support the social emotional needs/ self-regulation of the HSYC community. Goal #2: All children, regardless of family situation, will have strong attendance that will carryover after HSYC participation. Goal #3: HSYC will be known for providing high quality, comprehensive services for school and life readiness through a unique two-generation approach. Goal #4: Hire and retain individuals who are committed to the true HSYC mission and philosophy and who understand the need to be trauma-informed and relationship-based in an early childhood program. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Assist Teacher and Teacher Assistant delivering daily classroom activities and overseeing the the well-being of all children. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 1. High School Diploma or GED 2. Willingness to work towards a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential 3.
