About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Vice President - Lead Credit Portfolio Consultant to support Policy and Procedure development and implementation across Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Portfolio Management. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Administer day-to-day operations of the Commercial Real Estate Capital Allocation Committee (CAC) process which includes:

  • Manage Capital Allocation Committee inbox, including timely response on urgent requests

  • Partner with deal teams to address information gaps and identify key risks in connection with the CAC submission process

  • Oversee the coordination of weekly meeting agenda and materials

  • Actively participate in weekly meetings

  • Work with reporting and analytics partners to build and refine Power Business Intelligence (PBI) reporting capabilities

  • Drive business requirements with technology partners for future enhancements to the CAC memo and workflow tool

  • Develop and lead trainings in support of overall change management responsibilities

  • Support overall maturation of LOB Pricing and Profitability tools

  • Assist with the buildout of CRE promise revenue process

  • Provide key insights to the balance forecasting process / projections

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Credit Consulting Portfolio experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience

  • Experience conducting project meetings, presentations, and status reporting

  • Finance background with understanding of regulatory capital requirements

  • Commercial real estate experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of CRE credit products

  • Consulting background

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Willingness to work on-site in accordance with current office requirements

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $237,100.00
