General Summary

This position supports the Human Resources Function and reports to the Sr. People Director. This is a full-time remote position with limited travel requirements. The position will support and maintain the organizations HRIS/Timekeeping/Payroll applications and modules, currently UKG/Dimensions and the implementation of the new HRIS/Timekeeping/Payroll system, Deltek.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.

  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.

  • Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.

  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.

  • Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.

  • Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.

  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.

  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.

  • Provides administrative support, training, customization/configuration, and regular maintenance for the Time & Attendance system (UKG Pro Workforce Management).

  • Serves as the Data Steward for all HRIS data; ensure data integrity through detection of data quality issues and resolution.

  • Compiles required datasets for critical business processes including, but not limited to, payroll processing, financial labor reporting, and employee information updates.

  • Performs other duties as required.

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of UKG and Deltek.

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced interpersonal and technical support skills.

  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.

  • Ability to keep information confidential.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Work Experience

  • 5 years Experience using UKG Pro and UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions)

  • Experience using Deltek/CostPoint

Education, Licenses and Certification

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required
