Guidehouse ICAM Deputy Project Manager in MCLEAN, Virginia

What You Will Do :

  • Interface with client, stakeholders, team members, and executives via verbal and written communications to present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Learn about existing identity and access management solution deployments and perform system actions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve security system access issues.

  • Assist project team in documenting IAM requirements and in user acceptance testing.

  • Recommend procedural changes to enhance the functionality of Identity Access Management Team.

  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline current processes.

  • Document communications, user guides, and training material to support identity and access management adoption

  • Contribute to the development of client deliverables and technical content

  • Support the program manager in the development of status reports

  • Able to take initiative, manage own workload, and assume responsibility for tasks.

What You Will Need :

  • Minimum Professional Experience: 3 years in Federal Consulting

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree

  • Knowledge of Federal identity management standards and policies (e.g., NIST 800-63, FIPS 201)

What Would Be Nice To Have :

  • Experience with SailPoint IIQ implementations
