ABOUT THE ROLE
Pixalate is hiring an Human Resources Operations and Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in the Washington Area. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing multiple candidates while continuing to develop, refine, and manage the entire recruiting process and managing the HR processes.This candidate will focus on sales and technology roles and also serve as a backup to the HR Department.
Responsibilities:
Screening resumes, proactively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and finalizing offers through negotiation.
Collaborate closely with the executive team and other colleagues to gather feedback and ensure a strong candidate fit.
Continuously develop and refine the interviewing process to enhance scalability and efficiency in hiring.
Build rapport and strong relationships with candidates to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and paperwork.
Address employee questions and concerns regarding the company.
Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve the efficiency of the department and the services provided.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Possess the ability to consistently maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Demonstrate cultural awareness and adhere to ethical practices.
Exhibit strong business acumen and communicate clearly and professionally.
Effectively manage relationships and remain composed under pressure.
Show excellent computer skills, along with proficiency in applicant tracking systems, Google, and HRIS systems.
Be organized and efficient in handling daily tasks.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field, or have relevant prior experience in human resources.
Have over two years of combined experience in human resources, recruiting, project management, and administration.
Maintain a general knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
