Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a dedicated Executive Assistant in McLean, Virginia. As an Executive Assistant, you will be a critical support system for C-level executives, focusing on tasks like managing calendars, coordinating conference calls, and maintaining vendor files. Your role will also entail a variety of operational and administrative tasks, making proficiency in Office Suite a necessity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to C-level executives

• Manage and coordinate executive calendars effectively

• Plan and organize meetings as required

• Handle correspondence and manage communication channels

• Prepare and manage expense reports

• Oversee business and accounting operations

• Maintain accurate vendor files and records

• Proficient use of Office Suite for various tasks

• Support the President in their daily duties and responsibilities

• Contribute to the nonprofit sector with your skills and experience Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

• Proficient in Calendar Management, adept at scheduling and rescheduling appointments and meetings.

• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external correspondence.

• Experienced in conducting and managing Conference Calls with multiple stakeholders.

• Skilled in handling office Correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.

• Familiar with Business operations, understanding the workflow and processes.

• Knowledgeable in Accounting operations, able to manage and oversee financial processes.

• Proven ability in providing Administrative Assistance, including filing, record keeping, and data entry.

• Comfortable working in an Administrative Office setting, ensuring smooth office operations.

• Proficient in office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools.

• Experience in Meeting Planning, able to coordinate and manage logistics for meetings.

• Ability to Maintain Vendor Files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

• Capable of preparing and managing Expense Reports, tracking and reporting on expenditure. TalentMatch®
