EPAM is looking for a talented Virtual CISO to lead consulting and advisory engagements within our Cyber Security practice. The candidate will work closely with clients, practice leads, presales analysts, account management, and senior management to ensure that client needs around security advisory are fully met. We are looking for an individual with strong technical domain understanding, superb communications and presentation skills, and eagerness to solve complex security problems for our clients. The right applicant should be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.

Responsibilities
Work closely with our clients as an assigned resource on billable engagements focused on security advisory, consulting, and related opportunities
Help develop and build out EPAM’s security advisory core offerings and presales material
Support all phases of opportunities including presales, scoping, proposal development, client pitch, and help draft statement of work technical addendums as needed
Help develop a strategic go to market and growth/hiring plan for the security advisory practice
Work closely with the business unit leadership and account teams to promote Cyber Security advisory solutions
Support account managers and sales managers as presales subject matter expert for cyber security advisory offerings
Requirements
5+ years working in an enterprise corporate or consulting capacity in the domain of cyber security leadership
Experience architecting or designing cyber security solutions and/or running teams delivering cyber security managed security services or professional services
Experience performing risk assessments and analysis, designing technical roadmaps to address security gaps, and delivering solutions and services
Broad expertise in: cloud security, risk assessment, GRC, IAM, SDLC, penetration testing & red teaming, incident response & forensics, and related cyber security solutions
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
Strong proficiency in office presentation & collaboration tools (E.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Solid foundational knowledge and understanding of current cyber security topics
Motivated, self-starter
Organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities
Ability to work effectively with multiple domestic and overseas teams, both technical and business
Ability to travel, domestic and internationally, as needed to support client and internal initiatives (15%)
Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our clients’ success
Nice to have
Experience working with online collaboration tools: SharePoint, Office365, MS Teams, Jira
Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI…etc.)
