JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Nittany Lions Read/Nittany Lions Count Federal Work-Study Program (NLR/NLC) is seeking applicants to join our program for the 2024/2025 academic year to work in elementary school classrooms in the community.
With placements at Francis McClure and Twin Rivers Elementary Schools, NLR/NLC students assist and support the staff, engage directly with the children, and provide one-on-one and/or small-group instruction. Candidates must have weekday availability between 9:00-3:00, with a final determination as to dates/times upon hire. Candidates should be prepared to make a 6-8 hour per week commitment. Hourly rates for NLR/NLC participants begin at $14/hour.

All positions with NLR/NLC require the acquisition of the Three-Public Clearances for Employment:
