Insight Global Program Trainer in Mcdonough, Georgia

Job Description

Assist with the design, development, and delivery of technical trainings

Coordinate and deliver technical trainings, create learning materials and resources

Work with management, supervisors, and employees to gain knowledge of training needs and to understand

changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiative and technologies

Synthesize learner feedback into training materials and curriculum and ensure program management is looped in

on any issues that are exposed during the training effort

Conduct and lead in-person training and remote/virtual training, as required

Conduct onboarding trainings for new hires programming

Support the delivery of ad hoc and business priority training programs, fast turnaround and customization of

training materials and content

Manage training logistics, prepare training materials, ensure participants have resources prior, during and after the

training for best learning

Instructional design responsibilities, edit existing course materials, implement new training programs, identify and

assess skill development and training needs within a company, implement course evaluations and make

recommendations for improvements for existing courses

Update existing SharePoint site (contributor), create learning and reference materials, including, reference

manuals, training guides, job aids, online documentation and use the standard draft and review guidelines for the

Training Department

Skills and Requirements

At least 1-3 years of working in a training role with content development and delivery experience

Familiarity with Learning Management Software (LMS)

Knowledge of traditional and modern job training methods and techniques

Excellent delivery, presentation, facilitation skills

Planning, time management, and interpersonal skills and solid attention to detail

Experience in delivering team learning in a virtual or live environment

Bachelors Degree, Education or industry-related focus null
