The Director of Human Resources provides leadership and management of the daily operations in the Human Resources (HR) Department; assists in leading the planning, organizing, assigning, supervising, directing, and evaluating the work of all functions of the HR Department under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer.  These functions include, but are not limited to, workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management and development, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, leave administration, HR policies, payroll, legal and institutional compliance and regulations, rewards and recognition, and workers compensation. 

The Director of Human Resources is expected to provide management and guidance in the area of strategic relationships, increasing HR employee engagement, increasing HR operational efficiency and productivity, and advancing HR goals and initiatives established to meet the needs of the institution.
