Respond to customer complaints and resolve in time frame set by company standards. Document all customer contacts and commitments, plan and conduct field collections to maximize contract. Distribute door hangers for no contact customers, mail collection letters and counsel chronically delinquent customers, conduct skip tracing and follow up on stolen accounts make decisions on delinquent customers to keep on rent and schedule pick ups as required, recommend legal action on accounts where appropriate.
