job summary:

As a production associate, you will follow a standard operating procedure to place component parts in fixture to be welded and remove formed parts from fixture when the machine has completed the welding. You will operate and maintain machinery to ensure production standards are met then finalize component parts to ready them for assembly into final products. This may include, but is not limited to deburring, assembly using nuts and bolts, etc. This position requires problem solving you will need to learn to recognize and solve the malfunctioning of the machine and recognize and solve quality problems of formed part.

location: McCalla, AL

salary: $18/hr

work hours: 6:00PM to 6:00AM

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

dress code:

• You are expected to present a clean, neat, and tasteful appearance. A 100% cotton solid-colored t-shirt(navy blue preferable) must be worn.

• Shoes must be steel-toed.

• Short or Long Sleeve 100% cotton shirts are required.

• Work pants and plain blue jeans are required. No holes, rips, or tears.

• No yoga pants or any spandex/leggings are not allowed.

• No dangling jewelry such as large earrings or necklaces.

• No clothing expressing suggestive, offensive language or graphics of any nature.

• Offensive body odor and poor personal hygiene is not professionally acceptable.

• If your personal appearance is inappropriate, you will be asked to leave the workplace until you are properly dressed.
