Subject to but not limited to:

• Basic cleaning
• Detail cleaning when scheduled
• Gather trash from designated offices and dispose of in dumpster
• Dust office furniture using provided chemicals
• Vacuum
• Sweep/mop when needed
• Clean blinds
• Must be able to lift minimum 40 pounds
• Clean restrooms
• Report needed work orders to maintenance or supervisor
• Knowledge for using carpet shampoo machine a plus
• Knowledge for using floor waxing machine is a plus
• Must be able to follow directions given by supervisor
• Must be able to work alone and as a team
