Purpose

Frontline, department-based, supervises daily functions of assigned department; Provides clear direction & manages / advances people, process, structures &/or programs that support direct/indirect care. The leader demonstrates behaviors in alignment with culture & creates / supports comprehensive strategies & measures progress to achieve desired outcomes (e.g., successful completion of assigned service tickets, requests and incidents, that involve preventative maintenance requests in an accurate and timely manner.)

Responsible for managing a team of technical colleagues with respect to level 1-3 technical support for endpoint devices (e.g., infrastructure, desktops laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals)

Responsible for colleague scheduling, performance reviews, mentoring, training and travelling to assigned sites (if appropriate) to ensure work is being performed accordance with Trinity Health standard.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or information Systems or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Microsoft and Personal Computer Certifications (A+, Network+, MCDST) or equivalent work experience required.

• A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of hands-on experience with knowledge of installing complex applications, hardware and troubleshooting techniques.

• Previous experience working on multiple platforms including concepts of networking (LAN – local area network and WAN – wide area network and IS best practices.

• Demonstrated experience developing team members in a technical or non-technical capacity preferred.

• Strong Microsoft desktop operating system and applications installation and support (Microsoft Office and Outlook) experience.
