Description:
Assists physical therapist in providing treatment that improves patient mobility, relieves pain, and prevents or lessens physical disabilities of patients. Under supervision of a physical therapist, provides patient treatment and education, assists in mobilizing the patient, and delegates patient care to Physical Therapist Assistant students and Rehab Technicians. Assists with community service programs as needed.

Required: Associates Degree

Minimum Experience:
Required: Less than one year of previous job-related experience
Licensure/Certifications:
Required: CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Computer Skills:
Required: Basic Keyboarding Skills
Preferred: EPIC
