What you will do:

The Case Management Assistant, under the direction of the Manger of Case Management assists in the administration of Case Management functions to include, but not limited to, organization of workflow, communications, critical information tracking, Allscripts referral tracking, report creation, scheduling of patient follow up appointment, and meet with patient to deliver the Important Message from Medicare. The position is focused on supporting the role of the Case Management department in optimizing the Care Management process and Case Manager efficiency and effectiveness.

What you will need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products

  • Type with speed and accuracy

  • Medical terminology knowledge preferred

  • Insurance/payor experience preferred

Salary Range: $20.02 - $31.03 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
