Job Description As a Project Manager, you will work with Engineering, Program Managers and Business Managers to bring our product roadmaps to life. Your responsibilities span the product development life cycle from project initiation, through development and test, to product release. This position is focused on managing new products comprised of electronic hardware and embedded software. You will construct a plan and coordinate delivery across hardware and embedded software engineering teams in an Agile development environment. You will work closely with our manufacturing and sourcing teams to ensure the plant is ready to build the product at release. Facilitating decisions and addressing issues early are key to your success in this role. Project teams may consist of resources in global facilities. Working with an international team may be required on some projects. Some travel, including both domestic and international, may be required to meet with team members and facilitate project progress. You will be supported with mentorship and coaching. With success in this role, you will have the opportunity to grow into roles with increased scope and responsibility. You will report to a manager in the Project Management Office and work from Milwaukee or Mayfield Heights. Key Responsibilities You will: Partner with multi-discipline engineering teams to develop and manage project delivery plans, budgets, and resource plans. Look beyond the current project state to identify dependencies, anticipate obstacles and risks, and proactively put mitigation and contingency plans in place. Bring stakeholders together to resolve complex project issues and risks in the best interest of the Business. Concisely communicate progress, decisions, key issues, risks, and mitigation plans to project stakeholders and senior leadership. Ensure project alignment across other initiatives to avoid duplication or misaligned opportunities. Provide input to product roadmaps and strategies to optimize new product and feature delivery. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Master of Science Degree and/or MBA Typically requires a minimum of 8 years experience. Advanced training or certifications in PMI/PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Business Administration, Management, Operations, Project Engineering, or Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience in product or application development, especially with electronic hardware and embedded software Experience in a project management or project leadership role Partner with management and lead indirect resources Demonstrated experience in project planning (including financial budgeting and forecasting), execution, and risk management Knowledge of project/product management tools such as Jira, Jama, SAP, and scheduling software Experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies, especiall
