Description

The Night Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and smooth operation of a trucking fleet during nighttime hours. The role includes safety management, dispatch operations, as well as overseeing maintenance tasks. This involves enforcing safety protocols, coordinating driver dispatch schedules, monitoring route validity, managing customer interactions, and maintaining preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements

The ideal Night Manager candidate should possess outstanding communication skills for efficient team and driver interaction, an aptitude for learning new systems including Excel and dispatching platforms, as well as demonstrate strong organizational skills, balancing effective team communication with an ability to independently execute tasks.
