Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center-Based in Ridgeland, SC

$10,000 Signing Bonus!

Salary: $73,000 - $105,000 (Based on Experience)

About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll develop individualized behavioral plans and provide therapy to program participants, helping them achieve meaningful progress. You'll work closely with individuals, families, and team members to create supportive environments that promote growth and success.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze behavior challenges.

• Develop and implement behavior analysis service plans.

• Create individualized treatment plans to support progress and well-being.

• Provide hands-on training to staff and caregivers to ensure successful implementation.

• Utilize creativity and expertise to manage challenging behaviors in various settings.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team to foster positive outcomes for individuals we serve.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

• BCBA Certification (Required).

• NC Behavior Analyst License (Required).

• Five years of experience working with special populations in behavior management preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

• A compassionate, reliable, and responsible approach.
