Amergis Customer Service Representative in Matteson, Illinois

Amergis Healthcare is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a Call Center in Matteson, IL.

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in Medicare, Medicaid, or the healthcare industry? Are you skilled in handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative!

    Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from members regarding Medicare and Medicaid benefits, eligibility, and coverage

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, provide information, and assist with enrollment processes

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

    Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year of recent experience in customer service in a healthcare or insurance setting

  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and processes required

  • Comfortable in fast paced environment with inbound and outbound calls

  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

  • Strong organization skills as you are given various scripts to follow for calls

  • High school diploma required

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

  • Covid-19 Vaccine required, no exceptions
