QC Control Inspector

Job Information:

• Contract-to-Hire, Located in Masury, OH.

• Paying $18-$22 per hour.

  QC Inspector Responsibilities:

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM.

• Medical/Vision/Dental/401K offered: Yes. Paid Time Off: after probationary period

• Metal parts inspection: nuts, bolts, screws, fittings, clamps, flanges, etc.

• Documentation of inspection report

• Quarantining non-confirming material

• Root Cause Analysis

• Visually inspects parts for quality

• Uses micrometers, tape measures, calipers, thread gauges and documents inspections

• Maintains files, including traceability of all finished goods

• Suggests corrective actions for non-conforming material

• Tracks on-time delivery of shipments

• Works closely with Engineering to ensure customer specs are met

  Quality Control Inspector Requirements:

• High school diploma or Vocational/Technical school is required

• At least one (1) year prior quality control experience with another mill or steel/metal fabricator is preferred

• Must display working knowledge of measurement tools: micrometer, caliper, etc.

• Basic computer skills , b asic data entry
