Dry Goods Warehouse Specialists Needed IMMEDIATELY – DAY SHIFT - Maspeth, Queens NY

Monday-Thursday – 7am – 530pm, Fridays 7am – 1pm

Salary ranging between $20- 22/hour, (time and a half for anything over 40 hours), plus fantastic benefits (including, medical/heath insurance, PTO, holidays, possible bonuses, and more!)

Salary review after 6 month probationary period passes.

This is for a High-end Kosher food producer and distributor – tremendous growth in 2024 and expecting even more in 202453. Been around for 80 years, with more than 400 employees, currently.

The Warehouse Specialist will need to perform inventory maintenance and picking items according to order tickets. You will need to be a part of the team assigned to check, receive, and verify accuracy of supplies and quantities; as well as counting filling orders, loading, unloading and preparing the shipping area.

Forklift/pallet jack knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Job Duties/Responsibilities May Include But Are Not Limited to:

• Assist with pulling material for technicians when necessary

• Safely perform the material handling and warehousing functions required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.

• Operates handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing.

• Keep an neat and orderly work area and contribute to the all around neatness of the warehouse.

Willingness to be trained

• Possess your GED, High School diploma or equivalent
