This position will receive skillset training including soldering, epoxy application, laser welding, good documentation practices, etc. This position falls under the direct supervision of a production supervisor with regular guidance from Team Leads. This person is responsible for the quality of their work and meeting all Quality System requirements for the tasks assigned.
