CSR Level 1 will provide answers and service to the customer quickly and efficiently. Day to day duties include but are not limited to replying to emails, order processing, quoting, booking of shipments, export documentation and responding to all customers inquires Key Metrics: High customer satisfaction, customer inquiries, orders processed and line items entered detailed on monthly bases. Customer credits and returns monitored on a monthly basis. Accurate processing of customer orders, by way of monthly audit. Accurate Processing of Export Documentation, by way of monthly audit. Export Compliant. Data Integrity. Job Requirements Education and Experience: * Required - Associate's degree (A.
