Staffmark is thrilled to announce an exciting direct-hire opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor with our leading partner company in Mason, OH. If you're an accomplished leader with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for maintaining top-notch operations, this is your chance to shine and make a significant impact. Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 Shift: 2nd Shift Hours Responsibilities: Replace and install belts, filters, gears, chains, and valves. Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic systems. Address machine issues including guarding, bolt replacement, and wear-related breakdowns. Perform welding on machine components. Conduct preventative maintenance, such as lubrication and upkeep of drive chains. Manage equipment installations, including air, water, and gas connections, and ensure proper alignment and leveling. Quickly resolve maintenance and mechanical issues. Execute additional tasks as assigned by the maintenance manager. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial systems. Training in PLC and HVAC systems.
