Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Process Specialist II - HR and Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This role is critical in managing and delivering talent acquisition and HR workforce solutions projects across various divisions and internal teams at Cintas. You will lead and manage projects from inception to completion, acting as the main point of contact for business partners and key stakeholders. The Business Process Specialist plays a critical role in continuously assessing and improving process, workflows and tools used in optimizing our talent acquisition & HR capabilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and foster outstanding collaboration with business partners and stakeholders to drive success.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum two to three years of experience within the functional area in which processes are being evaluated and improved.

Preferred

  • Led and managed multiple projects for a business division

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with HR technology, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other talent management tools.
