POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for all inventory and non-inventory accounts payable functions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Review, code, and enter non-inventory invoices into the accounting system 3-way match for P.O. invoices Route invoices for approval Assist with AP accrual Responsible for compliance to AtriCure quality system, SOX, and company policies Work with suppliers and shipping/receiving to resolve pricing/quantity issues and discrepancies Prepare weekly disbursement file, there after process all EFT, check and wire payments Monitor outstanding checks Reconcile vendor statements Respond to vendor inquiries Setup vendors in bank for EFT or wire payments Compliance with all external audit partner requests ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Regular and predictable work performance Ability to work under fast-paced conditions Ability to make decisions and use good judgement Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required Ability to successfully work with others Additional duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma required 3-5 years of experience required Data analysis experience Computer/data entry skills Good written/verbal communication skills Problem solving/trouble shooting experience Financial Analysis experience Payable/Receivable experience Ability to work independently or as part of a team PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree in Business OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check LI-Hybrid LI-KN1 AtriCure has a variety of benefits available for US based employees and their families.
