Position: Full-Time (40 hrs/week, flexible scheduling)
Origami Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor to lead the Speech-Language Pathology team in providing exceptional care to r esidential and o utpatient clients across our four clinic locations. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor oversees the delivery of high-quality SLP services while fostering a positive and team-oriented workplace culture. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring effective communication, client-centered care, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
As the Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor, you will provide mentorship and training to SLP staff, coordinate care for clients, and oversee daily clinic operations. You’ll contribute to program development, support quality assurance efforts, and advocate for clients and staff alike. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact !

Responsibilities
Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship for employees and interns.
Maintain a structure of organizational processes and communication to ensure efficient information flow and a safe, welcoming environment.
Monitor and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Lead facility tours and present an overview of service offerings to external stakeholders.
Contribute to the design and maintenance of effective systems for tracking and managing performance measures.
Participate in accreditation processes, such as CARF, to maintain high standards of care and compliance.
Support the development and implementation of new programs to improve treatment effectiveness and client outcomes.
Provide general administrative support, including inventory management and quality control measures for equipment.
Facilitate organized and productive clinical discussions and care conferences with staff.
Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and ethical behavior within the team.
Resolve staff and stakeholder concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
Evaluate, document, and implement treatment plans, including group therapy activities, for clients referred by physicians.
Record and maintain timely and accurate client documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge reports.
Maintain a client caseload at a level determined by the Clinical Manager.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in leading teams, initiatives, or projects to achieve goals, foster collaboration, and drive results.
Speech-Language Pathology licensure in the State of Michigan
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
