Working under the direction of the administrator and Instructors, assists in providing a comprehensive and high quality program of study which prepares students for a career, future learning, and leadership in the fields of culinary arts and hospitality. • Assists instructor as part of a teaching team in the classroom and kitchen. • Assists special needs students in attaining classroom success by providing extra supports, particularly those identified in their IEPs. • Assists in reporting and evaluating student performance, behavior and attendance.
