\> BILLING ASSISTANT MANAGER
\> Salary: \$40,000-\$45,000/year
\> Location: Wisper Headquarters - Mascoutah, IL. Eligible for hybrid schedule. 3 days per week required in office.
**Internet connection requirements for hybrid work include speeds exceeding 25 Mbps down and 3 Mbps up (Satellite and/or cellular connection are not sufficient)

Wisper Internet is seeking a results-drivenBilling Assistant Managercommitted to ensuring our customers have the best experience possible through mentoring, coaching, and developing the front line agents/associates. This leader\'s success will be predicated on making the members of his/her team successful by answering questions, assisting with setting and optimizing workflows, handling escalated contacts, identifying training opportunities, and addressing disciplinary issues promptly. This role\'s primary responsibility is to remove barriers and facilitate the flourishing of the individuals on their team.

\> Essential Job Functions
- Lead & coach individuals in reaching individual goals
- Contribute to a strong team morale
- Tactically remove operational roadblocks
- Help the team prioritize tasks & projects
- Ensure Billing Representatives are delivering excellent Wisper customer service
- Operate as first point of escalation for service-related complaints
- Assist team to ensure call center coverage
- Perform and analyze audits of billing functions

\> Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in call center environment
- 1+ year experience with training/coaching employees
- Regular & predictable attendance
- Flexible scheduling including night & weekend availability as needed
- Legally authorized to work in United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future
