We are looking for a production supervior that has a flexible worklife balance that works with a rotating schedule that consist of work 2 days, off 3 days , work 2 day, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days. 6:00pm -7:00am. Responsibilities

Responsible for prioritizing and maintaining high production, quality and yields while ensuring a safe working environment. Requires an essential understanding and control of the production process, accurate record keeping, general line maintenance and staffing.

Specific responsibilities include checking daily start-up of production lines and ensuring all machinery is performing to the highest standard possible

Perform audits, and assuring safety, training, quality, and production goals and customer requirements are met

Hands-on approach to problem solving and analysis,Inspires teammates

Overseeing various production processing operations to include but not limited to scheduling, cost saving, Budget and finance planning, training, day-to-day operations on a production floor, managing staff, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, leading daily team meeting,planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures, onboards, trains, and mentors employees etc
