Job Requirements: Lead Development Teams: Oversee and guide development teams working on sales applications for multiple business units within the Consumer Goods Cloud. Hands-On Development: Take an active role in the development process by contributing to complex Salesforce issues, requiring expertise in both Apex and front-end Lightning Web Components (LWC). Salesforce Solutions: Design and build Salesforce solutions that integrate with various Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Salesforce Communities, and Knowledge). End-to-End Development: Develop Salesforce solutions from configuration to customization, utilizing tools such as Flow Automation, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Agile Team Participation: Lead daily scrum meetings, analyze and assign user stories, and identify/resolves gaps in functional requirements and business user stories. Collaborate with Product Owners: Work closely with Product Owners to understand acceptance criteria and document technical approaches and designs as needed. Process Automation: Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, Formulas, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts. Integration Development: Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On. Data Migration: Manage data updates and migrations using Data Loader and similar tools. Code Quality: Adhere to best practices for clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Perform code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and ensure 85% test coverage. Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Effectively debug and resolve defects or issues, particularly in production environments. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior development team members, providing technical expertise and support. Independent Problem Solving: Investigate complex issues independently and clearly communicate solutions and findings. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including working with complex projects and multi-cloud Salesforce environments. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Salesforce Expertise: Strong experience with Salesforce customization and configuration, including at least one of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities, or Knowledge. Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes, and more. Integration Knowledge: Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On. Development Lifecycle: Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle and familiarity with DevOps tools. Deployment Expertise: Solid understanding of the Salesforce Deployment process, including best practices. Agile Experience: Ability to thrive in an Agile, collaborative environment, and manage task assignments within agile frameworks. Certifications: Strong preference for candidates who hold Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer I & II, Certified Administrator, and Certified Advanced Administrator.
