This hourly role follows the Scotts/Hawthorne step pay progression scale and typically starts at $19.65 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts/Hawthorne will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team at our brand new, 1.3M sq ft distribution center in Marysville, OH. What you'll do in this role: * Receive in inbound raw materials. * Accurately count inventory daily * Stage/Load trucks with raw materials going to third party warehouses. * Work with third party warehouses to bring material in/out * Fill out movement forms, and ensure the material is moved systematically in SAP. * Follow SOP's/procedures * Report any raw material shortages, or issues to the Inventory GL * Keep a safe and organized work area * Utilize SAP to monitor inventory; make ad hoc adjustments when required * All other duties as required What you'll need to be successful: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * 5+ years of Inventory management experience, or manufacturing experience * Strong attention to details * Ability to work well with other associates (teamwork) * Ability to work independently, handle adverse situations and problem solve * Effective communication and time management skills * Strong administrative and planning skills * Maintain high standard of confidentiality and integrity * Ability to adapt to flexible work schedule/hours including overtime and weekends. * High understanding of inventory control. * Basic understanding of Manufacturing, raw materials, distribution, and transportation. * Computer skills including, but not limited to, Google suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint * SAP knowledge preferred What we do for you (just to name a few cool ones): * Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, holidays, vacation and sick time benefits available within a month of your start date * Healthcare navigation, advocacy and support * 401(k) company match up to 7.5% with immediate participation and vesting * Ability to purchase company stock at a 15% discounted price from market value * $600 annual wellness reimbursement program * Up to $30,000 to help cover the cost of fertility treatments, adoption or surrogacy * Up to 18 weeks of time away to support your growing family * To view all of our great benefits, click here! * Eligibility for the above benefits may vary based on full-time/part-time status or additional factors.
