Prep Academy Tutors of Southern Maryland is seeking a passionate and motivated Education Sales Consultant to join our team on a part-time, 100% commission basis. This opportunity is perfect for current teachers who are looking to supplement their income while making a difference in the lives of students.

Position: Education Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and partners

• Build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, and community organizations

• Conduct consultations to understand clients' educational needs and provide tailored tutoring solutions

• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a seamless transition for students into our programs

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and strategic planning

• Represent Prep Academy Tutors at local events and conferences

Qualifications:

• Experience in education, preferably with a background in teaching

• Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Passion for helping students succeed and a commitment to educational excellence
