We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with expertise in federal procurement and oversight to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive project milestones while serving as a liaison between key stakeholders.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation.

• Develop and drive project plans and milestones.

• Establish and maintain effective communication with project teams and stakeholders.

• Provide day-to-day direction to project resources.

• Ensure effective change management throughout the project.

• Prepare documentation, status reports, and budgets.

• Serve as a liaison between Charter/Spectrum and Deloitte.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project management

• Experience in federal procurement and oversight

• Ability to manage risk and track project progress effectively

• Project Management

• MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word

Soft Skills:

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

• PMP Certification preferred

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
