Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

Lead and execute commercial HVAC installations ranging from 1 day to 1 month (occasionally longer). Collaborate with a small, efficient crew (typically 2 people) or work independently depending on project scope. Utilize your sheet metal expertise to complete projects with precision and efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and leadership to ensure project success. Handle a variety of projects that will challenge and expand your skills daily.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• HVAC installation and repair experience.

• Sheet metal expertise.

• Commercial HVAC experience.

• EPA license.

• Ability to work at least 40 hours a week.

• Proficient in HVAC systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Highly motivated with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Versatile and adaptable to ever-changing project demands.

• HVAC-R service experience is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, you will use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. You will also be required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel. You must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. You must be comfortable wearing PPE while performing your duties.

This is a Permanent position based out of Marshall, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $87000.00
