This position involves teaching a variety of undergraduate and/or graduate Computer Science courses, active scholarship, and service to the department and/or university. This is a campus based position.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education:

Doctorate or equivalent terminal degree

Discipline / Degree Area:

Computer Science or equivalent

Required Specialized Training/Certifications:

Applicants for an appointment at the Assistant Professor level must have a Ph.D. from an accredited university at the time of hire.

Required Minimum Work Experience:

Evidence of teaching experience at the collegiate or secondary level (e.g. a TA or instructor position).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties:

Good communication skills. Potential for excellence in teaching a wide range of undergraduate and/or graduate Computer Science courses. Potential to be an active scholar in the field of Computer Science.
