What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Technician? You’ll be:

• Operating a forklift on a daily basis.

• Loading and unloading trucks in compliance with DOT regulations and company procedures.

• Performing daily forklift pre-trips and notifying supervisor of required repairs and maintenance.

• Checking staged loads to ensure they match the BOL's and are DOT compliant.

• Maintaining rigorous communication with Warehouse Supervisor and/or Facility Manager on issues such as safety concerns, faulty or damaged equipment, accidents, etc.

• Assisting warehouse staff in maintenance of the facility and warehouse cleanliness.

• Acting as a backup for warehouse personnel in pulling orders, checking orders, and receiving customer product.

• Performing other duties as appropriate.

• Have demonstrated capacity for collaboration and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

• Are a self-motivated individual with a sense of urgency and a demonstrated work ethic and integrity.

• Have excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and shift tasks quickly as well as work independently.

• Have a clean driving record.

• Have a high school diploma, GED, or college education.

• Have forklift experience.

• Have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.

• Have proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of manufacturing software, order processing systems, warehouse management software, and Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook).

• Are able to pass an extensive background check.

• Are able to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.

• Are able to adapt your schedule as needed to accommodate business requirements.
