Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for Project Coordinator in Marlborough, MA .

Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract

Start Date: Within two to three weeks.

Pay: $38.00 to $40.00 - based on experience

Length: Long Term

Hours : 8am to 5pm M-F (avg of 36hrs per week)

Please note: This role is in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator role include:

• Aids in project schedules and assigning vendors and contractors.

• Distributes all required project documents to internal and external contacts.

• Negotiates pricing, reviews, and approves proposals and invoices.

• Tracks progress and ensures close-outs for all miscellaneous initiatives assigned.

• Supplies updates detailing the status of all initiatives on a regular basis .

• Promptly responds to emails and returns calls timely.

Qualifications for this Project Coordinator role:

• Completed High School Diploma or GED.

• Must have excellent attendance.

• 0-3 years coordinating in Construction, Facilities, Store Planning, Fixturing, Architectural Design, or related construction trades.

• Previous experience reading blueprints.

• Previous experience using Lucernex strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Adept in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat.

• Self-motivated with focused discipline to complete tasks.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $40.00 per hour
