ROLE:
Hologic is seeking to add a Finance Manager to its FP&A team. The Finance Manager will be an integral team member responsible for providing critical analysis and insights to drive business decisions within the GYN Surgical Division. They will provide financial support to the Division with 2 reports and have exposure to Division senior leadership. The position will report to the Finance Director, Surgical FP&A.
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute primary Division financial deliverables including strategic plan, annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting and ad-hoc analysis
Manage, lead and develop two experienced Financial Analysts
Support executive-level presentations and reports, including exposure to and engagement with Division President and VP-level directs, and Corporate FP&A leadership
Advise key business partners across OpEx functions by providing robust financial data, interpretation and analysis needed to make informed business decisions
Develop new reporting tools, i.e. Commissions forecast model, R&D portfolio management
Identify, recommend and implement reporting and process enhancements that improve speed, quality, outcome and compliance of decision-making
Empower direct reports via coaching, mentoring and accountability to drive initiatives that improve organizational productivity and effectiveness
Perform financial analysis and modeling for ad-hoc special projects
Research finance and accounting issues and recommend appropriate solutions
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Demonstrated leadership capability, developing a high performing team and influencing employee growth
Ability to engage and influence senior business partners both inside and outside Finance function
Excellent judgement and creative problem-solving skills
Strong managerial, planning, decision-making, and analytical skills
Operate well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the evolving landscape of priorities and requests
Strong interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communications skills with the ability to summarize data and information into key themes
Familiarity with revenue and P&L forecasting & analysis
General understanding of Accounting and Finance Principles
Intermediate experience with manipulating data using Microsoft Excel
Understanding of ERP systems & planning tools, preferably Oracle & Hyperion
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
5+ years related experience
Proven track record of people leadership

The annualized base salary range for this role is $101,400 to $169,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
