What you'll do:As a Senior Coach Counselor, you will be operationally responsible, through the work performed by Coaches Counselors, and Night Coach Counselors, for the safety, care and around the clock supervision of the students in the program. The Group Leaders' supervisory duties

To be considered, you should:

  • Internal applicants must be a Coach Counselor with no less than standard performance and at least 90 days of experience at Rite of Passage in a Coach Counselor or higher Direct Care Position. Staff in this position must have completed Initial Qualification Training (Tech 22) prior to placement in this position.

  • External candidates must have 1 year prior experience working with at-risk youth in a similar position as a Couch Counselor or higher Direct Care position or at least 60 hours of college education in a directly related field of study. Staff must complete operations, Treatment and Human Resources Essential Subject Training withing 6 months of placement in the position.

  • Supervisory experience preferred.
